I arrived at the hotel and discovered my reservation was never confirmed. This situation was frustrating, especially since I provided the confirmation number that showed my new reservation date. To add to my displeasure, the card machine malfunctioned during check-in, and my credit card was disabled after multiple attempts to charge it.

The rooms suffer from poor soundproofing!!! A real disruption during the night. Parking spaces need better management to avoid congestion in the lot!!!

The King Room was clean and pretty comfortable. The bed was cozy, and there were multiple charging outlets by the bedside, which is super handy! However, the bathroom had a bit of a low shower pressure—kind of a bummer. Overall, not bad for a short stay.
